We are first and foremost a Bible-believing church and a gospel believing church. We believe that the Bible is inerrant and infallible, and is "a lamp to our feet and a light to our path," so to speak, as the Psalmist said in Psalm 119:105. The Bible itself is a Christ-centred book, telling us the good news about God's rescue plan for sinners. We believe this gospel! And we know that the world also needs to hear this news and that it is a large part of the mission of the church to get this news to them, and then people need to be helped to grow to maturity. So we try to live consistently with all that.

In terms of a specific doctrinal statement, we are a confessional Reformed Baptist Church which means that we believe that the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith is a good summary of what the Bible teaches. However, we do not consider the Confession equal with Scripture.
